Karus Mining to Commence Trading on the CSE

Vancouver, British Columbia — July 21, 2026

Karus Mining Inc. is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE"). The common shares are expected to commence trading on the CSE under the ticker symbol KARU as of market open on July 22, 2026.

Karus Mining is a British Columbia-focused gold exploration company advancing a portfolio of district-scale assets in two of the province's most prospective gold regions. The Company owns the approximately 995 km² South Cariboo Gold District, home to the FG Gold and Gold Creek exploration projects, as well as the high-grade Mineral Creek project on Vancouver Island.

Listing on the CSE is a significant milestone for Karus, increasing our visibility and supporting our next phase of growth as we commence our 2026 exploration program. With two district-scale gold projects in British Columbia, a strong technical foundation, and multiple opportunities for resource growth and new discoveries, Karus is well positioned to create long-term value. As we advance exploration across our portfolio, we believe the Company offers investors a compelling opportunity to participate in the growth of an emerging gold company at an attractive stage of its development.
