The Opportunity
How Karus Creates Value
From a district-scale land position to a fully-funded drill program built to re-rate.
Read MoreWe are advancing two high-grade gold projects in British Columbia. Backed by proven mine builders and a fully-funded 2026 drill program, Karus turns a district-scale land position into measurable value.
Our approach pairs high-grade drill history with systematic, structurally-controlled targeting — de-risking discovery across the South Cariboo Gold District and Vancouver Island.

Two 100%-owned orogenic gold systems with high-grade history and district-scale exploration potential.
Fully Funded Catalysts
C$7.5M funds a 7,500m drill program built to expand corridors and drive news flow.
Priced at a Peer Discount
At ~C$38M, Karus trades at the bottom of its gold-developer peer set.
Two Flagship Projects. District-Scale Upside.
100%-owned, structurally-controlled gold systems in British Columbia — built for discovery, expansion and long-term value.
Flagship DistrictSouth Cariboo
A dominant 995 km² land position on the Eureka thrust — home to the flagship FG Gold property (63,700m drilled, two 650m high-grade corridors open along 20+ km of strike) and the Gold Creek target.

Vancouver IslandMineral Creek
A 13,286 ha brownfield orogenic gold system near Port Alberni with significant Linda vein grades up to 215 g/t Au — open at depth and along strike.
View ProjectTurning Ground Into Value
A simple, disciplined path from a district-scale land position to a re-rated gold exploration company — funded and underway.
Karus controls 995 km² across the proven South Cariboo Gold District plus a 13,286 ha package on Vancouver Island — a dominant, 100%-owned footprint on established gold trends.
A fully-funded 7,500m program targets the two structurally-controlled corridors at FG Gold, which remain open along 20+ km of untested strike to the northwest.
Systematic drilling confirms and grows a large gold system — building toward a maiden resource while regional targets feed the next round of discovery.
As ounces are defined, the goal is to close the gap to comparable gold developers — several of which carry valuations many times Karus's current ~C$38M.

From Ground to Re-Rate,
Made Systematic
Drilling that gets attention
Historical drilling across both projects has returned exceptional gold grades — including standout intercepts at Mineral Creek's Linda vein and thick, high-grade corridors at FG Gold.
Au over 1.0m — MC23-08

Bars capped at 60 g/t for scale; Linda-vein intercepts exceed 150 g/t. Intervals are drilled widths and may not represent true width. The cheapest entry in its peer group
Against a basket of Canadian gold developers, Karus sits at the bottom of the market-cap range — the same backers and district-scale ground, at a fraction of the valuation.
